This policy explains how Lions Heart LLC, doing business as Lion’s Heart Social ("we," "us"), handles information on lionsheartsocial.com. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to help you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the checkup form, email, or call, you may share your name, business name, phone number, email address, website, and a message. The form on this site doesn't store anything on our servers; it opens your own email app so you can send the message to us directly.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and reliability. This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How we use it
- To prepare your free online checkup and reply to your request.
- To provide, bill for, and support services you sign up for.
- To keep records required by law, such as tax records.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't send marketing texts without your consent.
Client accounts
If you become a client, you'll give us manager-level access to accounts such as your Google Business Profile or social pages. We use that access only to do the work you've asked for, and you can remove it at any time. Your accounts and content remain yours.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party tools to run the business, such as email, website hosting, design and scheduling tools, AI writing tools, and our bank for invoicing and payments. They only receive the information needed to do their job. We don't put sensitive personal information into AI tools.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and client records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Just call or email us using the details below.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
